Inside every Exchanger Mask is a patented Heat Exchange Module. As the user exhales, the air leaving the mouth is directed from the mouth-port through the chambers of the Heat Exchange Module, which stores the heat and water vapor from the exhaled breath.
As well as being used by people for outdoor pursuits and working outdoors, these masks can be of benefit to people who suffer from respiratory problems which are worsened by cold air such as people with asthma. Please be aware however that if carrying out stenuous activities or if you suffer from breathing difficulties, you may notice additional resistance as the air has to pass through the mask.
