All payments are processed by 3rd parties including Paypal, Nochex & Google Checkout.
Before you are asked to submit any payment information you will be redirected to a secure server hosted by the above listed payment processing companies. The left hand characters in the web page address bar at the payment stage will be https://... which indicates you are on a secure server.
As well as our own returns policy, you are also protected against non delivery of goods by the buyer protection policies of the above payment portals.

Note: No payment or other details are sent to us or stored by us other than information required for customer contact and shipping.
NB: please ensure that you select 'return to merchant' after completing Paypal payments. This will allow the system to generate an automatic order confirmation. (If this step is not carried out your order will still be processed and we will manually generate an order confirmation at the first opportunity)
Payments can be made using the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
- From the Shopping Cart select the 'Checkout' button.
- After entering name and address details select 'Continue'
- You will see a summary of your order
- select either the 'Nochex and UK credit/debit cards' or 'Paypal & Credit/Debit Cards' button.
NOCHEX button selected:
- select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions on screen.
PAYPAL button selected:
- A Paypal payment window will open,
- If you don't have a Paypal account select the 'Continue' button on the left hand side.
- Enter you debit/credit card details.
- Continue to follow the instructions on screen to complete your order
- If you have a PAYPAL account, log in to process your payment.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT PAYMENTS
- From the shopping cart, select the Google Checkout button and follow the Google Checkout instructions.
- After payment please ensure to select 'Return to Merchant'.
- From the shopping cart, select the PAYPAL EXPRESS button and follow the PAYPAL instructions.
We are UK based and all items available for purchase are in stock. Products are added regularly and are only available in limited quantities.
Free postage on orders over £100
- for UK orders dispatched by 1st class recorded delivery or Royal Mail parcel service, which ever is the most suitable for the weight of goods.
- for Europe or USA/Canada dispatched by Airmail for weights up to 2kg. We cannot ship goods above 2kg overseas.
Postage charges cover the cost of postage, based on the weight of the item, and packing. Quoted postage charges are for UK, Europe and USA/Canada only. We can post to countries not listed - please contact us for costs before placing orders.
Postal services offered are Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery*.
Items sent by Special Delivery are insured to a maximum value of £500.
*Note that Special delivery guarantees delivery the day after dispatch and not necessarily the day after placement of order (see below).
Goods are dispatched no later than the next working day from placement of order - if ordered before 9pm.
Delivery time to Europe is normally 3 days although this could be longer depending on the local postal service.
Delivery time to USA/Canada is normally 5 days although this could be longer depending on the local postal service.
Please e-mail us if you would like to return a non-faulty item. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item for any reason (excluding warranty claims - please see below) simply return the goods for a full refund, adhering to the following procedures and conditions:
All returned items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. No problem during postal strikes or similar situations, we will automatically extend the deadline so please do not worry.
All new items must be returned unused, in re-saleable condition and with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged.
Refunds exclude delivery costs unless we sent you the wrong goods or there is a warranty claim, in which case delivery costs will be refunded up to the limits described under ’Warranty’ below.
Returns made after 14 days will qualify for a credit against other purchases, providing the return is made within 28 days of purchase.
Returns received after 28 days of purchase will not be refundable and will not be credited.
At Christmas, returns will be accepted up until 14th January providing the purchase was made after 1st November.
Returned goods should be packaged well with a copy of the original purchase receipt (sent to you by e-mail) and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. If you can not print off your original purchase order, please type a note to include the full name of the person who placed the order, the order reference number and a list of the items you are returning (to include make, model, size and colour).
We are unable to provide refunds for items you despatch but which are not received by us or for items which are returned without any means for us to identify who sent the items. If a returned item is lost in transit, you will need to make a claim against the carrier.
If your goods arrive with damaged packaging, please make sure you notify the delivery company when you sign for receipt of the goods. Unless this is done, transit damage can not be claimed.
We do make any charges for returning items to us, unless the item was purchased on ebay, when a fee will be charged to cover our ebay costs: £5 for items under £100, £10 for items over £100.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights or any claim you may legitimately have under the terms of the manufacture's warranty or the Sale of Goods Act.
